OCT. 22

10:55 a.m. – Possible stolen vehicle in Enterprise, determined to be unfounded.

4:19 p.m. – Michael James Rhodes, 57, of Enterprise was cited and released by Enterprise Police Dept. on a circuit court warrant. Original charge Violation of DUI Diversion Agreement.

5:08 p.m. – Recovered utility trailer in Wallowa.

OCT. 23

8:25 a.m. – Alarm at Community Bank. Determined to be false.

OCT. 24

2:49 p.m. – Wallowa County Community Corrections issued a warrant for Cody Allen Yancey, 21, of Enterprise for parole violation. Original charge rape.

4:35 p.m. – Negotiating a bad check in Enterprise.

5:13 p.m. – Levi Westly-Albert Fine, 24, of Wallowa was arrested by Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. Original charge Harassment. Additional charges DUI, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering, Resisting Arrest, Hit and Run Property and Assault on a Public Safety Officer, DWS Violation, Breath Test Refusal, Fail to Maintain Lane and Driving Uninsured. Transported to Umatilla County Jail.

8:17 a.m. – Vandalism reported in Joseph.

8:42 a.m. – Vandalism reported in Joseph.

4:10 p.m. – Report of a theft in rural Troy.

4:52 p.m. – Report of theft of services in Lostine.

11:28 p.m. – Missing hunter near Jubilee Lake.

OCT. 28

12:11 p.m. – Report of a campfire out Hwy. 3. Fire extinguished.

8:08 p.m. – Enterprise Fire Dept. responded to a flue fire.

OCT. 29

6:10 a.m. – 911 reporting disabled vehicle that hit a boulder in Minam Canyon.

10:40 a.m. – Two deer that needed to be removed from Hwy. 82, rural Joseph. Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office responded.

10:56 a.m. – Deer needing dispatched, rural Enterprise.

3:37 p.m. – 911 call for a child choking, Enterprise.

OCT. 31

8:22 a.m. – 911 call requesting assistance in Enterprise with juvenile.

3:20 p.m. – Elizabeth Lee Spurgeon, 26, of La Grande, was arrested by Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of stolen vehicle and DWS misdemeanor. She was transported to Umatilla County Jail.

NOV. 1

10:12 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in rural Enterprise. Was out of fuel and waiting for assistance.

NOV. 2

9:57 p.m. – 911 call for suspicious activity in Enterprise. Enterprise PD responded.

NOV. 3

4:12 p.m. – Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office Community Corrections issued a warrant for Harold A. Powers, 64, of Lostine, for probation violation. Original charge public indecency.

4:17 p.m. – Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Hunter G. Beaudett, 21, of Wallowa, for probation violation. Original charge menacing - domestic violence.

NOV. 4

9:05 p.m. – Report of fireworks in Wallowa.
