Gerald Trump

March 8, 1932 –– Oct. 31, 2018

Gerald Keith Trump died at The Evergreen Health and Rehab Center in Milton-Freewater. He was born in Wallowa to John Russell (Oakie) and Cordellia Yost Trump.

He married Christie Williams in 1950 they had two children, Thereasa Dyana and John William (Bill) Trump. After Christie died, he remarried but later divorced.

Gerald worked for Morgan and Daugherty logging. He drove his own logging truck for a while. He worked for Moffit Brother’s until he retired at age 80. He loved camping, hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Christie, daughter Thereasa, brothers Elmer, Clarence (Shorty), William (Bill) and his sisters Elsie Stock and Velma Hesscock and ex-wife. He is survived by his son John William (Bill) Trump, of Wallowa, grand children Dyana Getz of Post Falls, Idaho, Stephen Rodriquez and Jessica Romig, of Hermiston, 11 great grand children, numerous nieces and nephews.

At his request, there was no service. He was buried at the Wallowa Cemetery.
