The CITY OF ENTERPRISE invites interested contractors to submit Competitive Price Quotes for the Enterprise City Hall\Firehall Roof Project. The project is to install a PVC membrane on the roof of the Building.

Sealed Competitive Price Quotes for the project must be submitted, in accordance with instructions contained in the Contract Documents, to Michele Young, Enterprise City Administrator, City Hall, 108 N.E. 1st Street, Enterprise, Oregon on or before 2:00 p.m. on April 6, 2010. Competitive Price Quotes will thereafter opened and read aloud. Competitive Price Quotes must be submitted on forms provided in the Submitter's Packet and be in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.

The time period for completion of the project is 30 days.

The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon PreĀ¬vailing Wage Law, if the price quoted exceeds $50,000.00.

Copies of the Contract Documents and of the Bidder's Packet may be obtained at Wallowa Mountain Engineering, 121 W. Each prospective bidder shall provide his mailing address, fax number and telephone number when plans are requested. The Contract Documents will be available on or after March 25, 2010.
