Del McCoury brings his band to the OK Theatre

Bluegrass legend Del McCoury played with a smile at this sold-out OK Theatre performance on Nov. 10. After six decades in the business, it’s obvious he still loves what he does. McCoury’s band includes two sons, Ronnie and Robb McCoury, on mandolin and banjo, respectively, along with Alan Bartram on bass and Jason Carter on fiddle. The elder McCoury proved he still has what it takes as a headliner. He flawlessly played and sang through a number of audience requests and at 80, has maintained a stellar tenor voice that never failed through the entire show.
