July-September forecast

The Oregon Dept. of Agriculture long-term outlook calls for a cooler and wetter summer than normal based on the average of all three months. July may be slightly warmer than normal, August should be moderate but very dry, and September may deliver temperatures nearly 4 degrees below normal along with 252% of normal precipitation.
