Keeping Trails open Crossing the Minam

Wallowa Mountain Hells Canyon Trails Association volunteers cross over the Minam River for a day of clearing logs, brush and trail hazards on about 5 miles of the Minam River Trail. The group cleared brush from the sides of the trail and removed more than 60 hazards, including 8 large trees that were blocking the trail, before returning to camp at historic Red’s Horse Ranch.
