NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners are considering the following projects for funding under Title III of PL 106-393;

Wallowa Resources - Wallowa County Field Studies Program.

$35,000.00 (Category 4 - Forest Related Educational Opportunities)

Wallowa Resources - Alder Slope Fire Planning.

$10,000.00 (Category 5 - Fire Prevention and County Planning)

As required by PL 106-393, the County will be accepting comments on the proposals from January 16, 2003 to March 1, 2003. The project applications are available for review by contacting the Wallowa County Commissioners Office, 101 S. River Street, Rm. #202, Enterprise, OR 97828, (541)426-4543, ext. 11.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held by the Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at 7 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Wallowa County Courthouse. The agenda for this meeting will include:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS:

Waters Conditional Use Permit CUP#03-01. Proposal would allow the construction of one non-farm dwelling on their existing parcel of approximately 13 acres in the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) zone.

Nowack Conditional Use Permit CUP#03-02. Proposal for a Conditional Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast which will be used as a bereavement counseling center specializing in equine therapy in the Timber Grazing (T/G) zone.

Minutes: For the commission meeting of December 17, 2002.

The February Planning Commission meeting will be February 25, 2003.

These matters will be reviewed for conformance to the Wallowa County Land Development Ordinances and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon. NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY ON WRIT OF EXECUTION

By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Wallowa, in the case of Dolly Geneva Wilms, Trustee of Trust Agreement dated 12/10/82, Henry W. Wilms & Dolly G. Wilms, Co-Trustees of Trust Agreement dated September 26, 1986 are the plaintiffs, and W. F. Development, Inc., an Oregon Corporation, et al., are the defendants, Case No. 01-06-11906, an Amended Default Judgment dated August 22, 2001, together with written instructions, to me directed, commanding me to sell all the right, title, interest and claim of the above named defendants in and to certain real property, on the 8th day of February, 2003, I levied on the defendants right, title, interest and claim in and to the following described real property:

Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 17th day of February, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the West steps of the Wallowa County Courthouse, in Enterprise, Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and claim of the defendants in the above described real property subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder for cash, in hand at public auction.
