NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY ON WRIT OF EXECUTION
By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Wallowa, in the case of Dolly Geneva Wilms, Trustee of Trust Agreement dated 12/10/82, Henry W. Wilms & Dolly G. Wilms, Co-Trustees of Trust Agreement dated September 26, 1986 are the plaintiffs, and W. F. Development, Inc., an Oregon Corporation, et al., are the defendants, Case No. 01-06-11906, an Amended Default Judgment dated August 22, 2001, together with written instructions, to me directed, commanding me to sell all the right, title, interest and claim of the above named defendants in and to certain real property, on the 8th day of February, 2003, I levied on the defendants right, title, interest and claim in and to the following described real property:

That portion of Lots 2 and 3 of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 44 East of the Willamette Meridian, Wallowa County, Oregon, lying North of the La Grande-Joseph Highway, as now located and shown by Judgment in favor of the State of Oregon, Case No. 87-04-9483 and by Deed recorded in Book 103 of Deeds, Page 508, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following tract: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Section 3, T2S, R44 EWM; running thence South 641.4 feet; thence South 69 degrees 19 minutes West 281.7 feet; thence South 85 degrees 06 minutes West 403.2 feet; thence South 75 degrees 36 minutes West 601.0 feet to a point; thence North 2 degrees 42 minutes East along the West line 925.6 feet to the Northwest corner, thence East 1292.0 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM a tract of land situated in the NE quarter, Section 3, T2S, R44 EWM, more particularly described as follows, with reference to Map of Survey No. CS 95-038, on file and of record in the Office of the Wallowa County Surveyor: BEGINNING at the North quarter corner of said Section 3; thence South zero degrees 18 minutes 37 seconds East, along the West line of Government Lot 2 of said Section 3, a distance of 643.10 feet; thence North 71 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 1135.09 feet to the Westerly line of that parcel surveyed by Wallowa County Survey CS 88-017; thence North 35 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds East along said Westerly line, 275.44 feet to an existing East-West fence line; thence North 87 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds West along said fence line, a distance of 1239.12 feet to the point of beginning.
Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 17th day of February, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the West steps of the Wallowa County Courthouse, in Enterprise, Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and claim of the defendants in the above described real property subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder for cash, in hand at public auction.
SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL PRIOR LIENS.

An execution issued from this court in this cause on January 16, 2003, pursuant to a judgment rendered and entered on November 27, 2002, in favor of Thomas Krull, Sr., plaintiff, and against Joseph Timber Co., LLC, and Randy P. Garnett and Lizabeth J. Garnett, husband and wife, defendants. In the judgment, it was ordered that a certain trust deed lien be sold. The execution issued pursuant to the judgment commanded me to sell the real property described below to satisfy the judgment against Joseph Timber Co., LLC, and Randy P. Garnett and Lizabeth J. Garnett, husband and wife, defendants, in the sum of $60,130.00 plus interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum from March 18, 1994, to November 15, 2002, for a total amount of $122,678.28, and at 12 percent per annum thereafter until sold, and the sum of $9,691.00 as plaintiff's reasonable attorney fees and for costs and disbursements (including expenses of sale). RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE
WALLOWA-WHITMAN NATIONAL FOREST
The Wolf Timber Sale located within T.2N., R.43E., Section 4; T.3N., R.43E., Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, and 28. Surveyed, W.M., Wallowa County, Oregon. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at the Wallowa -Whitman National Forest Headquarters, David J. Wheeler Building at 10:00 a.m. local time on 3/10/2003 for an estimated 1460 CCF of sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated volume of non-sawtimber that the bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the offices listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest Headquarters, David J. NOTICE OF SESSION
WALLOWA COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
Notice is hereby given that on February 19, 2003 at 9:00 a.m., the Board of Equalization of the County of Wallowa, Oregon, will meet at the County Courthouse in Enterprise, Oregon, to:
1) Hear petitions for reduction of the real market, maximum assessed, specially assessed, or assessed value of property as of January 1, 2002, or as determined under ORS 308.146(a), ORS 308.146(6)(a), or ORS 308.208.
2) Hear petitions for reduction of value corrected under ORS 311.208.
3) Hear petitions for waiver of penalties for late filing of real or personal property returns.
The Board will meet at the Wallowa County Courthouse in the City of Enterprise.
A schedule of hearings for those who request to be present will be posted 48 hours prior to the meetings, on the bulletin board located in the Wallowa County Courthouse.
Executive sessions may be held during session as authorized by ORS 192.660, to consider documents and information made confidential under ORS 308.290(7), ORS 308.411, and ORS 308.413.
