Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Rand Lee Weaver and Marjorie A. Weaver, Husband and Wife, as grantor(s), to Wallowa Title, as trustee, in favor of America's Wholesale Lender, as beneficiary, dated 07/03/2000, recorded 07/11/2000, in the mortgage records of Wallowa County, Oregon, in Book/Reel/Volume No. - at Page No. - as Recorder's fee/file/instrument/microfilm/reception Number 2000-41509, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit:
THE WEST 60 FEET AND THE WEST 3 FEET OF THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 8, GARDNER'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ENTERPRISE, WALLOWA COUNTY, OREGON, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SAID COUNTY AND STATE IN BOOK C OF DEEDS, PAGE 308.
ALSO: THE NORTH 15 FEET OF VACATED LOGAN STREET ADJOINING SAID LOT 1 ON THE SOUTH AS VACATED BY CITY OF ENTERPRISE ORDINANCE NO. 500, RECORDED AS MICROFICHE NO 96-31975.

Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of $708.97 beginning 02/01/2002; plus late charges of $35.45; plus advances of $684.50; together with title expense, costs, trustee's fees and attorney's fees incurred herein by reason of said default; and any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein.
By reason of said default the beneficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligation secured by the trust deed immediately due and payable, said sums being the following to wit: $93,288.76 with interest thereon at the rate of 8.25 percent per annum beginning 01/01/2002 until paid, plus all accrued late charges thereon together with title expense, costs, trustee's fees and attorney's fees incurred herein by reason of said default; and any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interests therein.
WHEREFORE, notice hereby is given that, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, the undersigned trustee will on Monday December 23, 2002 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in accord with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the following place: inside the main lobby of the Wallowa County Courthouse, 101 South River Street, in the City of Enterprise, County of Wallowa, State of Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the described real property which the grantor had or had power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the trust deed, together with any interest which the grantor or grantor's successors in interest acquired after the execution of the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee. Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.753 has the right at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale, to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or trust deed, and in addition to paying said sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, together with the trustee's and attorney's fees not exceeding the amounts provided by ORS 86.753.
In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word "grantor" includes any successor in interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by said trust deed, and the words "trustee" and "beneficiary" include their respective successors in interest, if any.

McCully, Joseph, OR 97846; 2) Wallowa ESD Main Office at 107 SW First, Suite 105, Enterprise, OR 97828; 3) Enterprise High School at 201 SE 4th, Enterprise, OR 97828; and 4) Wallowa High School at 315 First Street, Wallowa, OR 97885.
The purpose of this link is to provide high-speed Internet access from the ESD office to the three school districts. In addition, there will be email and data traffic between all four facilities, and the schools plan on sending video across the link so that they can share educational resources (i.e., distance learning).

All bid proposals must be submitted by noon, Oct. 21, 2002, at the main office of the Wallowa ESD (Region #18) located at 107 SW First Street, Suite 105, Enterprise, OR 97828. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 1:00 p.m. the same day. The successful bidder will determined at the 5:30 p.m. board meeting located in the conference room. The ESD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Northeast Oregon Housing Authority has revised the Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It will be available October 10, 2002 for review at the Housing Authority's office, at 2608 May Lane, LaGrande, OR. The Housing Authority's hours of operation are 8: a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Everyone is invited.
Copies of the Agency Plan will also be available at the following offices: Union County Court, Baker County Court, Grant County Court, and Wallowa County Court. Written comments will be accepted and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.
PUBLIC NOTICE hereby is given that the two-year period for the redemption of real properties included in the 2000 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Wallowa County, Oregon, on August 21, 2000, in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Wallowa County, Case No. 00-08-11806, and included in the judgment and decree entered therein on September 29, 2000, will expire on October 28, 2002.
All properties ordered sold under the judgment and decree, unless redeemed on or before October 28, 2002, will be deeded to Wallowa County, Oregon, immediately on expiration of the period of redemption, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited to Wallowa County, Oregon.
