An audit report gave the City of Joseph an A+ for its accounting practices over the last fiscal year, according to a report given at the Joseph City Council meeting last Thursday.

"I'm very pleased to report that I have nothing to report," said David Hurley regarding his audit findings. In other words, there were no recommendations to fix any glaring accounting errors or malpractices, he said.
