Wallowa County voters are reminded to put their secrecy envelopes in the tan envelopes before they put their ballots into drop boxes or mail them in.

“I have already received a white secrecy envelope back in the drop box without a tan envelope and of course it can not be counted because I have no idea who it belongs to,” said Wallowa County Clerk Dana Roberts this week.
