The Northeast Oregon Economic Development District (NEOEDD) has scheduled a seven-session course on development of a mission statement, start-up and overhead costs, profit-goal setting, cash flow, marketing, licensing and organizational structure.

The Foundations course was offered in northeast Oregon in the past and always received excellent evaluations.

The course will be offered in Enterprise, La Grande and Baker City. The weekly sessions are held from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost for the seven sessions is $100. Participants who meet income guidelines are eligible for a full scholarship.

The Enterprise class will meet Wednesday evenings starting March 31. For more information, contact Pam Frolander at 541-426-3598 or 800-645-9454 or (pfrolander@neoedd.org).
