A choir made up of 40 singers will sing the Easter cantata "Out of the Shadows" by Purifoy at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at the St. Katherine's Catholic Church at 301 E. Garfield in Enterprise. Representatives from seven churches plus other singers make up the choir. The public is invited.

"It's a beautiful thing. It awes me," said one of the singers.

The prelude music will be played by Gail Swart and Gloria Bainter on piano and violin, respectively. Claudia Boswell will accompany the choir, Bill Kessler is a soloist, and directors are Iva Lindsey and Randy Morgan.

There is no admission charge, but there will be a free-will offering plate at the door to cover expenses. Those attending are invited to stay for coffee, punch and cookies after the performance.
