Students receiving the top prize of $4,000 were Wallowa High School valedictorian Price Both, son of Bob and Jane Both of Lostine, and Joseph High School co-salutatorian Olivia Williams, daughter of Bob and Stephanie Williams of Joseph.

Other DeWuhs-Keckritz winners, receiving $2,500, are JHS valedictorian Paige Bailey, daughter of John and Cindy Bailey of Joseph, and Enterprise High School co-valedictorian, Grace Donovan, daughter of Peter and Erin Donovan of Enterprise.

One of the top two Union County winners was Zachary Gray, son of Joseph and Christine Gray, former residents of Wallowa County.
