The Enterprise Merchants Association has made all its plans and the annual Winterfest Celebration on Dec. 4 will be bigger and better than ever.

In addition to the popular light parade, there is a gingerbread decorating contest, breakfast with Santa, a chance to ride with Mr. and Mrs. Claus to Lostine and back by train, a chili feed and big boy toy store, a matinee showing of "Toy Story" at OK Theatre with Santa set to visit afterward, a joint presentation by the Wallowa Valley Choir and Wallow County Photo Club, a merchant's prize drawing, adult and teen dances after the parade and much more.

For more information about Winterfest or to volunteer to help out, contact officers of the merchants association: president Neal Isley at 426-3175; vice president Jeanette Singler at 426-9026; secretary Debbie Isley at 426-3175; or treasurer Ava Bridges at 426-3564.

The Merchants Association is inviting all Wallowa County residents to Enterprise for the Winterfest festivities.
