Gary Bingham, 70, sentenced on attempt to commit Class A felony (sexual abuse-1) based on no contest plea, to the custody of Oregon Department of Corrections for 60 months, plus 36 months post-prison supervision; he is recommended for a alcohol incarceration program. Bingham also pleaded guilty to sexual abuse-2, sentenced to 20 months prison, concurrent with above sentence; and to prostitution, a Class B misdemeanor, 90 days jail, concurrent with above. The following charges were dismissed: sex abuse-1, two counts of harassment and two counts of furnishing alcohol to minor.

Martha Rose Markwick, 52, Enterprise, arraigned on charges of DUII and refusing intoxicant test.

Larry J. Luker, 32, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-2/misdemeanor, sentenced to 12 months bench probation, 30 hours community service work, no alcohol/bars, evaluation by Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness and complete treatment by end of probation, $390 attorney fees with $190 suspended, $750 fine suspended, $160 fees.
Robert Carl Rousseau Jr., 47, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to charge of failure to perform duties of driver/property damage, sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 30 hours community service work, $1,000 fine suspended, $60 fees.
April Lynn Crum, 26, Baker City, pleaded guilty to possession of less than ounce marijuana, diversion agreement, $335 fine.
Casey Wayne, 31, Baker City, pleaded guilty to possession of less than ounce marijuana, diversion agreement, $335 fine.
Eli Kash Kash, 26, Lapwai, Idaho, pleaded guilty to possession of less than ounce marijuana, $700 fine.
Ivan M. Bigsby, 31, Helix, pleaded not guilty to charge of possession of less than ounce marijuana.
Johnathan Reese, 21, Gresham, pleaded not guilty to charge of aiding in fish/game violation.
