5:11 p.m. Dalton Daniel Weaver, 23, of Wallowa, was arrested on charges of burglary-1, assault-4 domestic, strangulation and restraining order violation. Weaver was transported to Union County Jail.

April 10

Amy Angela Graning, 45, Enterprise, admitted probation violation (original charge, DUII), probation modified, to serve 20 days jail with credit for good time, to post photo in bars/stores that sell alcohol in Wallowa County with statement she is on probation and not allowed to purchase/consume alcohol.

Connor J. Sticka, 19, Enterprise, admitted probation violation (original charge, depositing trash near water/misdemeanor), probation modified, to serve 30 days jail to run concurrently with defendant’s juvenile case with no credit for time served (jail time in lieu of community services).

Melissa L. Britton, 40, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-2, a Class B misdemeanor, 24-month bench probation, no alcohol/bars, continue counseling with WV Center for Wellness, $500 fine suspended, $160 fees; charge of menacing, dismissed.

April 17

Timothy Don Harrison, 43, Joseph, sentenced for three Class C felonies, unlawful possession of marijuana, identity theft, and possession of a forged instrument, with each count carrying 18-24 months supervised probation, plus two unclassified misdemeanor wildlife violations; hunting and fishing privileges are suspended permanently, 30 days jail, drug/alcohol evaluation, ordered not to possess ID documentation related to any person other than himself, can’t accompany any person other than who is hunting or fishing, $8,000 fines suspended, $360 fees; additional charges dismissed (unlawful manufacture of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana for consideration, two counts identity theft, three counts criminal possession of forged instrument, two counts of wildlife violation and eight counts of false application for fish/wildlife license/permit.

Becci Sasser, 57, Enterprise, pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary-1/felony, criminal mischief-1, theft-2 and criminal trespass-2.

William J. Voss, 22, Joseph, pleaded guilty to DUII, drivers license suspended for one year, 36 months supervised probation, as part of probation to complete Victim Impact Panel, petition for admission into drug/DUII court, submit to alcohol/drug evaluation and treatment, $2,000 fine, $315 fees; sentence deferred on charge of unauthorized use of motor vehicle subject to agreement between state and defendant; charge of unauthorized entry into motor vehicle, dismissed.;

Darren Weaver, 23, Wallowa, arraigned on felony charges of burglary-1, assault-4 and strangulation.

Daniel K. Courtney, 47, Enterprise, arraigned on charge of pointing firearm at another/misdemeanor.

James M. Hansen, 61, Joseph, arraigned on charge of DUII.
