Michael Clifford Warren, 40, Wallowa, pleaded guilty to burglary-1, a class A felony, sentenced to the custody of Oregon Department of Correction for 35 months, with credit for time served, may be considered for release on post-prison supervision upon successful completion of alternative incarceration program, recommended for alcoholic treatment while incarcerated; three years post-prison program, no contact with victims, $400 attorney fees, $1,000 fine with $500 suspended, $60 fees; also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass-2, 60-month supervised probation, no bars/alcohol, provide written apology to victims, alcohol/drug evaluation within 30 days of release from custody and complete recommended treatment; $1,000 fine with $600 suspended, $60 fees. Additional charges dismissed: assault-2, criminal trespass-1, assault-4, menacing and harassment.
Thea Justine Daggett, 65, Wallowa, admitted probation violation (original charge, harassment), probation modified, defendant ordered to perform an additional 20 hours community service, making the total 50 hours; to obtain an updated alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully complete recommended treatment program; and to post in bars and stores that sell alcohol a current photo and statement that she is on probation and not allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
