Larry Cole, 62, Enterprise, disorderly conduct-2, a Class B misdemeanor, sentenced to 12 months probation, six days jail, with credit for time served, installation of Scram bracelet after released from jail, no alcohol/bars, ordered to receive evaluation and recommended treatment, $500 fine with $300 suspended, $160 fees.
Benny W. Barnett, 52, Pendleton, felon in possession of firearm, sentenced to custody of Oregon Department of Corrections for 13 months, may receive credit for time served, $1,000 fine suspended, $60 fees, 24 months post-prison supervision.
Michael John Warren, 70, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass-1, 24 months bench probation, 30 days jail, may receive credit for time served, no contact with victims, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $200 attorney fees, $160 fees, $250 compensatory fine to victim; additional charges, burglary-1/felony and assault-2, dismissed.
Christian W. Flanagan, Enterprise, pleaded guilty disorderly conduct-2, reduced from Class B misdemeanor to Class A violation, sentenced to 22 hours community service work for nonprofit organization.
Michael David Olsen, Enterprise, 38, Enterprise, arraigned on charge of assault-4.
Julie Beeman, 50, Imnaha, arraigned on charge of harassment, a B misdemeanor.
Otilia Thiel, 48, Wallowa, arraigned on charge of criminal trespass-1. In separate charge, admitted probation violation, probation modified, credit given for time served, defendant must stay out of town of Joseph except to go to storage unit, must have no contact with victim except to schedule parenting time.
Brandon J. Nobles, 24, La Grande, arraigned on show cause/probation violation charge (original charge, DUII).
Joshua Rhodes, Enterprise, arraigned on probation violation charge.
Robert Carl Rousseau Jr., 48, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, 12 months bench probation, no alcohol/bars, complete alcohol/drug evaluation, enroll in and successfully complete recommended treatment, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $160 fees.
Shane Michael Waterland, 37, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to one count false application F&G license, 36 months suspension of hunting and angling privileges, 12 months bench probation, $500 compensatory fine to OSP Decoy and Equipment Fund, $500 fine with $250 suspended, $160 fees; four additional counts, dismissed.
Mitchell Adam Swift, 21, transient, admitted to probation violation (original charge, burglary-2) by failing to remain law-abiding, probation modified for defendant to serve 30 days jail with credit for time served, probation extended and will terminate April 2, 2014.
Sarrah Danielle Crist, 33, Enterprise, arraigned on charge of failure to perform duties of driver in accident/property damage/misdemeanor.
Brandon C. Matthews, 25, Enterprise, arraigned on charge of theft-3/misdemeanor.
