2:26 p.m. Eugene Ross Dickenson, 33, of Wallowa, was arrested on two Union County warrants. Dickenson was transported to Union County Jail.

12:57 a.m. WCSO responded to a call of domestic violence. Andrew Ned Cheney, 67, of Wallowa, was arrested for DWS misdemeanor, attempted assault on a peace officer, harassment, and interference with making a report. Transported to Union County Jail.

11:44 a.m. Found female yellow Lab at Wallowa Lake.

Circuit court

July 29

Earl McCormack, 22, Portland, arraigned on charge of disorderly conduct-2.

Edward Watson, 62, transient, pleaded guilty to charge of offensive littering; charge was reduced to a violation, $350 fine.

July 30

Gerald Trump, 81, Wallowa, arraigned on a charge of menacing/misdemeanor.

July 31

Desiree K. Schoen, 55, Prineville, sentenced on DUII conviction (pleaded guilty on May 30), 24 months bench probation, no alcoholic beverages, continue alcohol/drug treatment classes until successfully completed, $1,685 fine with $1,500 suspended, $805 fees with $490 suspended.

William D. Kuban, 65, Elgin, arraigned on charges of DUII/misdemeanor and reckless driving.

Wendy K. Bliss, 43, Joseph, warrant issued for failure to appear on a criminal trespass-1/misdemeanor charge; bail set at $5,000.

Richard August Anderson, 26, La Grande, admitted to probation violation (original charge, wildlife violation), ordered to complete all 12 days of work crew by Sept. 30 or serve 14-day jail sentence.
