James Perry Ragsdale, 31, Joseph, pleaded no contest to Count 1, assault-2, a Class B felony, sentenced to the custody of Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) for 70 months, with credit for time served and three years post-prison supervision; no contest , Count 4, assaulting public safety officer, a Class C/unclassified felony, 180 days ODOC custody, concurrent with above sentence, $4,500 fine with $4,000 suspended, $133 fees; no contest to Count 6, burlary-2, custody of ODOC for 13 months, concurrent with above, one-year post prison supervision; $1,000 fine suspended, $173 fees; Count 10, burglary-1, custody of ODOC for 30 months, concurrent with above, three years post-prison supervision, $2,500 fine with $200 suspended, $173 fine. Charges dismissed: one count assaulting public safety officer, two counts attempting to assault public safety officer, two counts theft-1, one count criminal mischief-1 and one count burglary-1.
Justin Lee Horn, 23, contempt of court, sentenced to 60 months bench probation, including 30 days jail with credit for time served to run concurrently with sanction on Union County case, must make child support payments on first of each month, attend monthly review hearings (in person or by phone); $500 fine, suspended; $100, fees.
