Christopher L. Kiesecker, 30, transient, pleaded guilty to eight counts of burglary-2, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to four consecutive 13-month (52 months total) and four 13-month concurrent prison terms in custody of Oregon Department of Corrections (court finds defendant an alcoholic or drug dependent and directs placement in alcohol treatment program), defendant may be considered for release on post-prison supervision upon successful completion of alternative incarceration program (if allowed), one year post prison supervision with recommendation of drug/alcohol treatment and mental health counseling; restitution of a total of $7,399 to multiple victims (all Enterprise businesses) ordered; $510 attorney fees, $922 court fees.

Patricia Lust Johnson, 69, Cove, arraigned on felony charge of second-degree assault.

Jewel Bianca Bear, 26, Lapwai, Idaho, arraigned on charges of interfering with peace officer, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
