Following a two-day jury trial, Serena Cagle, 35, Wallowa, was found not guilty of felony charges of second degree assault and failure to perform duties of a driver in an accident, as well as menacing (a misdemeanor), but was found guilty of reckless driving, endangering another person, harassment and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.

Feb. 25

Carl James Craig, 42, pleaded guilty to first degree theft, and was sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 80 hours of community work service, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $410 attorney fees, $133 fine, and $900 restitution to Bronze Joseph.

Michael William Moore, 58, Joseph, DUII, one-year diversion agreement, $358 diversion fees.

Lawrence Allen Mock, 23, Enterprise, arraigned on show cause order for probation violation (original charge, menacing).

Eric Edwin Olson, 35, Lostine, arraigned on charge of DUII.
