6:40 a.m. A vandalism incident (criminal mischief 3rd degree) was reported in the city of Joseph.

8:23 a.m. A warrant was entered on Quirino Juares Madrigal, 36, of Enterprise, on charges of failure to appear; the original charges were felony DUII, DWS (misdemeanor).

8:28 a.m. A warrant was entered on Vicki A. Schedler, 40, of College Place, Wash., for failure to appear on original charges of DUII.

9:27 a.m. Wallowa ambulance transported a patient to Walla Walla, Wash.

11:27 a.m. Enterprise ambulance transported a patient to Joseph airport.

2:33 p.m. A caller dialed 911 and hung up; WCSO responded.

4:20 p.m. A cougar reportedly killed a deer in rural Enterprise.

6:51 p.m. A hunting complaint was made in rural Wallowa.

3:20 p.m. A dog complaint was made in rural Joseph.

3:30 p.m. Someone called 911 with a non-emergency matter.

3:36 p.m. Wallowa ambulance was out transporting a patient.

6:02 p.m. A search and rescue incident was reported in the Eagle Cap Wilderness Area; SAR and Enterprise ambulance responded.

7:07 p.m. A traffic complaint was made in Joseph.

8:19 a.m. A bike was reported stolen in Joseph.

9:03 a.m. A deer was reported hit by a vehicle in Lostine.

10:27 a.m. Horses were reported on the loose in rural Joseph.

11:29 a.m. A statewide misdemeanor warrant was entered on John David Hobbs, 23, of Enterprise, for failure to appear on charges of Assault III.

9:40 p.m. A non-injury rollover accident was reported on Green Valley Road, Enterprise.

4:58 p.m. Pilot Rock PD arrested Joseph Sterling Sarbacher, 28, of Pilot Rock, was arrested on a Wallowa County Circuit Court warrant for violation of a restraining order.

5:30 p.m. A burning complaint was made in rural Wallowa.

2:29 a.m. A 911 call reported a possible problem or disturbance that was resolved before the call ended.

3:52 p.m. Two border collies were found on Lostine River Road.

7:31 p.m. A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in Enterprise.

10:24 p.m. A fire/smoke complaint was made in rural Wallowa.

David A. McAuslan, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of firearm/felony, three years probation (90 days jail maximum), ordered to serve 10 days jail, $1,000 fine with $550 suspended, $410 attorney fees, $173 fees.

Jason E. Lindsley, 37, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to sexual abuse-3/misdemeanor (harassment by touching intimate part), 180 days jail suspended, 24 months probation, ordered to serve 15 days jail, $1,000 fine with $650 suspended, 30 hours community service, no contact with victim, $133 fees.

James Brown Walker, 61. Wallowa, pleaded not guilty to charges of two counts animal abuse-1 and two counts animal neglect-1.

Nathan A. Wilcox, 19, Enterprise, arraigned on charges of DUII and furnishing liquor to intoxicated person.

Jill D. Mallory, 30, Wallowa, dog as public nuisance, 30, restitution of $50 to victim and $50 to Wallowa County Humane Society.
