Aug. 1

2:07 a.m. Prowler reported in Joseph.

10:19 a.m. Subject at Minam Lake with possible kidney stone needing assistance in the wilderness. Life Flight responded.

4:27 p.m. After responding to a complaint Melissa Lynn Britton, 37, of Enterprise was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. After a medical evaluation Britton was released to Wallowa Memorial Hospital for continued treatment.

4:48 p.m. Report of possible impaired driver in rural Enterprise.

8:10 p.m. Report of possible impaired driver in rural Wallowa.

9:19 p.m. 911 reporting vehicle hitting cow and calf in rural Enterprise.

Aug. 2

2:43 p.m. Report of possible drunk driver on Highway 82.

4:48 p.m. 911 call reporting motorcycle accident near Hells Canyon Overlook on 39 Road.

4:59 p.m. Report of possible intoxicated driver in rural Enterprise.

7:41 p.m. Report of an alarm at the Joseph Grade School. Fire alarm had been pulled.

8:02 p.m. Customs in Blaine, Wash. arrested Warren Densell Moris, 55, of Cove on a Wallowa County felony warrant on two charges of theft 1.

11:16 p.m. Attempted burglary in Wallowa.

Circuit court

July 27

Arthur Ray Haskins, 50, Enterprise, was arraigned on a charge of assault-4, in connection with a July 24 incident in Joseph.

July 31

Rio Chez Ivy Loza, 18, Wallowa, was arraigned via video conference on a felony charge of assault-1 in connection with an July 29 incident in Wallowa in which he is accused of "intentionally causing serious injury" to his victim by means of a large flashlight, which was described as a "dangerous weapon" in an information document filed by the district attorney in Wallowa County Circuit Court.

7-17 Scott M. Wilson, 42, Oregon City, illegal possession of trout over 20 inches, $100 fine.

7-16 Delmar R. Standley, 59, Joseph, (truck owner, Chet and Dawn Zacharias), exceeding weight limit, $136 fine.

7-16 James Reynolds, 62, Enterprise, exceeding weight limit, $150 fine.

7-17 Ashley Lee Graning, 19, Enterprise, violation of basic rule (VBR, 72 in 55 mph zone), $110 fine.

7-17 Charles P. Lombardo, 49, Newberg, VBR (77 in 55 mph zone), $242 fine.

7-17 Brandon Everett Johnson, 25, Joseph, driving uninsured, $182 fine; charge of failure to carry proof of insurance, dismissed.

7-29 Darek Allen Huggett, 41, Oregon City, VBR (72 in 55 mph zone), $110 fine.
