Colvin, 28, pleaded guilty to attempt to commit burglary-1, Class B felony, 36 months supervised probation, 30 days jail with credit for time served, 120 hours community work service for nonprofit agency, to provide letter of apology victim, to undergo evaluation and compete recommended treatment, $3,000 fine with $2,800 suspended, $410 attorney fees, $173 fine; also pleaded guilty to assault-4, reduced from felony to misdemeanor, 36 months bench probation, 45 days jail (concurrent with above sentence), 120 hours community service work, letter of apology to victim, $3,000 fine with $2,800 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $133 fine; additional charge, criminal mischief-1, dismissed.

Tyrel Platt Talbott, 27, pleaded guilty to DUII, driver's license suspended for one year, 36 months bench probation, 10 days jail with credit for time served, attend Victim Impact Panel, to obtain alcohol/drug evaluation and complete recommended treatment, $1,000 fine with $500 suspended, $293 fees.

March 10

Shelley A. Goodman, probation revoked and reinstated, to serve 10 days jail; within 10 days of release to provide court with list of prescribed medications and prescribing physicians and provide proof she is enrolled in treatment with Center for Wellness.

Christopher L. Cox, 24, Wallowa, arraigned on charge of two counts felon in possession of firearm.

March 18

Brady D. Norman, 20, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to furnishing liquor to minor, 12 months bench probation, 30 hours community work service, after 12 months defendant may ask court for reduction from misdemeanor to violation, $500 fine with $150 suspended, $150 attorney fees, $133 fees.

Terry Blaine Collins, 48, Wallowa, DUII, driver's license suspended for one year, 36 months bench probation, eight days jail with credit for time served, no bars/taverns, to attend Victim Impact Panel, obtain alcohol/drug evaluation and complete recommended treatment, $2,000 fine with $1,500 suspended, $293 fees.

Frank Wood Gladden IV, 21 (was 20 at time of offense), found guilty in trial to court of minor in possession of alcohol, $500 fine, one-year suspension of driver's license.

Serena Lynn Cagle, 36, found guilty in jury trial on Feb. 20 of recklessly endangering another person, sentenced to 36 months bench probation, 40 days jail with credit for time served, letter of apology to victim, report to Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness for mental health evaluation and follow recommended treatment, $2,000 fine with $1,500 suspended, $1,200 attorney fees, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $133 fees; also found guilty of reckless driving, 36 months bench probation, 40 days jail (concurrent with above count), to complete seven-hour driving class, write letters of apology to three persons, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $133 fees; also found guilty of harassment, 36 months probation, no contact with victim, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $133 fees; also found guilty of criminal trespass-2, 36 months bench probation, 15 days jail (concurrent with above), $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $133 fine. Defendant was found not guilty by jury of the following charges and they were dismissed: assault-2, failure to perform duties of driver to injured persons, menacing and criminal mischief-1.

Fish/game cases3-4 David Mitchell Cox, 65, wildlife violation/unclassified misdemeanor, hunting license suspended for two years, 24 months bench probation, Winchester 300 will be returned to defendant, $1,000 fine, $133 fees, $500 restitution to Oregon State Police.

3-4 Linda D. Cox, 62, wildlife violation, reduced from misdemeanor to violation, hunting license suspended for two years (may apply for re-instatement after one year), $75 fine, $55 fees.

3-10 Larry K. Davis, 52, Summerville, pleaded no contest to hunting chuckar by prohibited method (unplugged shotgun), $199 fine.

3-10 Robert A. Melius, 49, Oregon City, violation of cooperative road closure, $199 fine.

3-18 Charley Simmons, 60, Wickenburg, Ariz., pleaded guilty to false application for fish/game license, $150 fine, $92 fees with $25 waived; additional five counts of the same charge, dismissed.
