9:26 a.m. Placed dog harassing children and cats into fenced yard. Left message requesting contact with owner.

1:03 p.m. 911 complaint of possible child abuse. Child examined, referral made to DHS. No obvious injuries and child appeared to respond well to mother.

1:20 p.m. Medical assist, man having seizures at library.

2 p.m. Arrest by citation, Shellie Holden, 35, for Theft II and Theft By Deception. Photographed and released.

2:30 p.m. Request by parent for legible copy of citation.

3:05 p.m. Three youths came in and reported they got into the bathrooms at the park and they were filled with Christmas stuff. Said nothing was touched, etc. Options and ramifications discussed. Advised to tell

parents of what happened.

$173 fees, no alcohol/illegal drugs, enroll in alcohol/drug program, $100 compensatory fine to Partnership for Safe Community, restitution as follows: $191 to Shooters Bar, $100 Old Town Cafe, $250 Hydrant,

$517.12 Hall-Conway-Jackson, $29.45 Joseph Community Center and $13.35 Indian Lodge Motel; additional charge, criminal mischief-1, 180 days jail suspended, 18 months probation, $1,000 fine suspended; additional charges, theft-2, burglary-2 and criminal mischief-2, dismissed.

Georgene Boyd, 49, of Joseph, pleaded not guilty to charges of assault-4 and interfering with making a report.

April 17

Michael Clifford Warren, 34, of Wallowa, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm, reduced from felony to misdemeanor, 24 months bench probation, $1,000 fine with

$750 suspended, $260 attorney fees, $74 fees, three days Wallowa County work crew, forfeit rifle to OSP or ODFW.
