1:09 p.m. A red and white Brittany Spaniel was found at Les Schwab Tire Center.
3:30 p.m. A hit-and-run vehicle property damage incident was reported in the City of Enterprise.
3:36 p.m. A cell phone was reported lost in Enterprise.
5:09 p.m. A 911 call reported smoke in the wilderness area; it was referred to USFS dispatch.
7:09 p.m. EPD received information on a possible phone scam in Enterprise.
7:39 p.m. A commercial alarm sounded in the City of Enterprise.

12:45 a.m. After noticing a bon fire, a juvenile was transported home and advised of a curfew violation; he was advised of a countywide fire ban.
10:41 a.m. A dog complaint was made in Joseph.
4:12 p.m. Criminal mischief (first degree) was reported in Wallowa.
6:17 p.m. A 911 call from Wallowa reported a person had a head injury and was taken by private vehicle to the emergency room.
6:53 p.m. A possible DUII was reported in rural Enterprise.
10:18 p.m. WCSO checked on a disabled vehicle.
10:53 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in rural Joseph.

July 11
5:18 p.m. An animal complaint was made in the City of Joseph.
9:19 p.m. A noise complaint was made in the City of Enterprise.
10:51 p.m. Brennon Mitchell Anderson, no age listed, of Joseph, was cited for criminal mischief II after damaging a park bench.
July 12
1:20 a.m. Two were cited for minor in possession of alcohol and a curfew violation.
10:09 a.m. A dog was found in Enterprise.
3:19 p.m. Wallowa County Search and Rescue was called out to Wallowa Lake.
3:21 p.m. An ambulance was requested in rural Wallowa.
8:58 p.m. Two juvenile shoplifters (third degree theft) were cited in the City of Joseph.
10:17 p.m. A domestic incident was reported in Enterprise; it was verbal only.

8:40 a.m. A 911 call reported that a transformer exploded and started a fire in rural Enterprise; EFD and Oregon Department of Forestry responded.

12:38 p.m. A 911 call from Wallowa requested an ambulance; WAMB and EAMB responded.
1:37 p.m. Someone reported that a dog was inside a vehicle with no windows down in 92 degree weather.

3:50 p.m. A nationwide felony no-bail warrant was issued on Shawn Lee Bridges, 20, of La Grande, for probation violation.

1:25 a.m. WCSO assisted a motorist.
2:08 a.m. EPD assisted a pedestrian.
3:59 a.m. WCSO arrested Billy Godinez Salinas, 28, of Wallowa, for rape I, burglary I, and sex abuse I; he was transported to Umatilla County Jail.
2:38 p.m. A theft (1st degree) was reported in the City of Joseph.
3:34 p.m. A 911 call reported smoke coming from the grass on Green Valley Road.
4:50 p.m. EPD checked on the welfare of two children left in a parked vehicle.
5:03 p.m. A 911 call reported a fire in upper Imnaha.
5:49 p.m. An ambulance was requested in the City of Enterprise.
6:31 p.m. WCSO handled a civil issue in rural Joseph.
8:08 p.m. WCSO handled a civil issue at Wallowa Lake.
9:35 p.m. A fireworks offense was reported in the City of Wallowa; Leo Lathrop, 52, of Wallowa, was cited for illegal fireworks.
10:26 p.m. Someone complained about noise in the City of Joseph.

4:10 a.m. An alarm company called in a fire alarm in Joseph; JFD, EAMB, and WCSO responded to what turned out to be a false alarm.
10:58 a.m. Lost property was reported in Joseph.
1:12 p.m. A 911 call requested an agency assist in northern Idaho.
3:02 p.m. A reckless driving complaint was made in Joseph; a WCSO deputy cited the driver.
5:18 p.m. Someone complained about an animal in the City of Joseph.
5:47 p.m. A theft of property (2nd degree) from a vehicle was reported in the City of Joseph.
8:10 p.m. A theft (third degree) of property from a vehicle was reported in the City of Joseph.

Andrew Stubblefield, 19, Enterprise was acquitted of a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana and was convicted of MIP by a six-person jury; the sentence was $353 fine and $45 fees.
Brandon J. Burgess, 23, Wallowa, arraigned on charge of assault-2/felony as the result of a grand jury indictment; he was previously arraigned on same charge under an information document filed by the district attorney.
Skyler R. Easley, 19, Imnaha, pleaded guilty to charge of interfering with peace officer, 180 days jail suspended, 18 months probation, 60 hours community service, $900 fine suspended, $233 fees, letter of apology to officer, drug/alcohol evaluation by Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness and recommended treatment, may petition to reduce from misdemeanor to violation at end of probation; additional charge, MIP, $200 fees.
Frank Wood Gladden IV, 19, Joseph, pleaded guilty to charge of furnishing liquor to minor; sentence pending.
Emiliano E. Barreto, arraigned on charge of DUII.
Stormy Lee Yermian, 20, Beaverton, admitted to probation violation (original charge, theft-1 and burglary-2.
July 16
Billy Jose Godinez Salinas, Wallowa, was arraigned via video from Umatilla County jail on charges of rape, sexual abuse-1 and two counts of burglary; bail was set at $150,000, with 10 percent security deposit allowed; terms of release included no contact with the victim and a 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. curfew.
Fish/game cases7-11 Ronald J. St. Marie, 40, Banks, pleaded guilty of taking elk without valid tag, two-year suspension of hunting license, 12 months probation, $1,000 fine suspended, $136 fees, $1,500 compensation to Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, community work service (to provide 150-200 Christmas trees to Joseph FFA at reduced rate and must deliver them); defendant may petition to reduce charge from misdemeanor to violation and to have hunting privileges reinstated after probation.
7-11 Randall C. St. Marie, 68, Beaverton, pleaded guilty to hunting without valid elk tag, two-year suspension of hunting license, $75 fees, can apply to reinstate license after one year.
