JOSEPH – A new event, Hogfest, will combine an all-you-can-eat culinary feast with live music Saturday afternoon in the Joseph City Park about midway through the sixth annual, three-day Bronze Bike Motorcycle Rendezvous.

The Guns N’ Roses Tribute Band, Appetite for Deception, and Blue Tattoo will be among bands on stage that day giving live performances that will last from 3 to 8 p.m.

Gates will be opened to the public at 3 p.m., the same time when the music will commence and first food will be served. Food will be available until 7 p.m.

In addition to registration, the big event for the Bronze Bike Rendezvous on Friday night, Aug. 17, will be a free street dance to live music lasting from 7 until 10 p.m. between the Outlaw and Ember Brewhouse restaurants along Main Street.

With vendor setup beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday morning, many of the Bronze Bike events will be packaged that day and last into the early evening. At 5:30 p.m., awards presentations for Bronze Bike events will be made at the corner of First and Lake streets, in Joseph.

Scheduled events on Saturday include a five-hour American Legion breakfast, favorite bike contest, poker walk and poker run, and other biker games.

On Sunday, from 10 a.m. until noon, biker church services will be held at the same site as registration and the awards presentations, at the corner of First and Lake.
