The free KidFest Children's Health and Safety Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at Cloverleaf Hall in Enterprise. There will be booths, exhibits, music, and hands on activities for children ages 2 to 10. McGruff, the Crime Dog, plans to be on hand and kidsafe fingerprinting will be offered. Crash test dummies, seat belt safety, a fire escape house, door prizes and free hot dogs and chili are all in the works at the Kidfest fair.

Free Developmental Screening will be offered at the nearby Wallowa County Head Start and Early Intervention Building. Appointments are required. For more information, call 426-4225.
