Cutting Concrete: Construction on hospital clinic in Joseph moves ahead

Construction is moving along on the Wallowa Memorial Hospital's Mountain View Medical Group clinic in Joseph. Concrete subcontractor Andy Carlson slices openings in the concrete pad for the building that will allow it to expand as needed. Kirby Nagelhout Construction Superintendent Gary Edwards said that framing for the building walls should start going up in early July.
