The final plat for the eight-lot Sagewood Heights Subdivision, owned by Kurt Melville of Enterprise, has received approval from Enterprise City Council.
The subdivision sits off Pace Avenue near the Enterprise Reservoir. Lots range from 12,133 to 34,857 square-feet, and all homes in the subdivision are required to be stick-built and meet other covenants, conditions and restrictions.
Five of the eight lots are already sold, according to project manager Rob DeSpain, and construction will begin immediately.
“There’s some folks chomping at the bit,” he said. “Plans have been drawn.”
Sagewood Street, which divides the eight lots into four upper and four lower lots, is paved and the subdivision has sidewalks, curbs, driveway aprons, city water and sewer and power to the sites.
“And they have a million dollar view,” DeSpain said.
