Curly and Donna Imsland, retired Wallowa area cattle ranchers, will observe their 65th wedding anniversary Sept. 2.
The couple was married Sept. 2, 1945.
The Imslands moved to Wallowa County in 1960 from Paisley. They first leased a ranch in the Joseph area, then Imnaha and then Enterprise.
They bought a ranch in Wallowa, and finally the Dave Warnock place out of Lostine. They retired in 2006 when they sold the ranch.
The couple now resides in Pendleton. Their family includes daughter and son-in-law Gloria and Oran McCrae, and son and daughter-in-law Julie Imsland, all of Pendleton.
