Warbirds fly over Wallowa County

A P-47D Thunderbolt “Dottie Mae” was one of five World War II-era aircraft to fly over Wallowa County on the Fourth of July. The five aircraft came from Hangar 180 in Lewiston, Idaho, and flew over as many as 80 communities in Washington and Oregon, including Wallowa, Enterprise and Joseph, before returning to Lewiston.
