The MidValley Theatre Company presents a musical revue, "Remember When ..." Aug. 19 through 21 and Aug. 26 through 28 at the Providence Academy gym in Lostine.

"This is not a talent show," director Kate Loftus said. "This is a show that is well-rehearsed, directed and choreographed" by local people talented in the areas of theater, dance and music. The presentation will include melodrama, comedy, international poetry, songs and dance from about 1860 until 1990.

It is by and for folks of all ages, Loftus said, adding that this is MidValley's first foray into musical theater. The cast and crew will be onstage and interacting with each other and the audience the whole time.

The curtain time on Fridays and Saturdays is at 7 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets can be bought at the door for $5 or $4 for children 12 and under.
