Melissa L. Britton, 36, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to charge of attempt to assault public safety officer, 36 months bench probation, 30-days jail with credit for time served since arrest on Sept. 29 and credit for time in treatment center if successfully completed, letter of apology to Officer George Kohlhepp and Deputy Larry Isles, no alcohol/taverns, alcohol/substance abuse evaluation and recommended treatment, to work with approved counselor from Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness, $1,000 fine suspended; $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $133 fees; also pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt of court, total 20 days jail, concurrent with first count, total $1,000 fine, with $500 fine suspended ; additional charges, second-degree disorderly conduct and second count of attempt to assault public safety officer.

Kenneth Edward Sherwood, 38, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to second degree theft, 60 days jail, with credit if enters and successfully completes residential treatment, $200 attorney fees, $1,000 fine with $900 suspended, $133 fees.

Casey W. Fuller, 20, Clarkston, Wash., pleaded guilty to giving false information to police on citation, 12-month bench probation, 40 hours community work service, no alcohol/bars, evaluation by certified recommended agency, $1,000 fine with $800 suspended, $133 fees; also pleaded guilty to minor attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages, one-year suspension of driver's license, $200 fine, $67 fees; additional charge, misrepresentation of age by minor, dismissed.

Justin A. Doherty, 30, Joseph, arraigned on charge of driving under influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Aaron J. Speegle, 27, Wallowa, arraigned on misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.

Dalton Daniel Weaver, Wallowa, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol, $200 fine.
