Nominations for the 2009 Oregon Heritage Excellence Awards are being sought by the Oregon Park and Recreation Heritage Commission. They must be postmarked byJan. 20.

Nominations should identify exceptional work that highlights aspects of Oregon's heritage. Special consideration is given to the development of new ideas, approaches and innovations in heritage-related activities.
