Terrence Reich, 46, Enterprise, was arrested by Oregon State Police (OSP) on outstanding felony warrants Sunday after being released from Wallowa Memorial Hospital as the result of a suicide attempt. He was lodged in Umatilla Correctional Facility.

Reich was the subject of outstanding warrants from Wallowa County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) for driving under the influence of intoxicants and OSP for eluding police, when WCSO received information Friday that Reich was just seen at his last known residence on Reavis Lane on Alder Slope near Enterprise.

Three WCSO deputies and one OSP trooper went to the residence to look for Reich but he would not answer the door and he was not found during a search of the area.

Access was made into the residence to try to locate Reich, according to a press release by Deputy Neal Rogers .

"The subject was found inside the house suffering from an attempted suicide," according to the release.

Reich was taken for treatment to the hospital and then arrested on the warrants when he was released Sunday.
