Costumed youngsters are invited to swing by the Alpine House across from the rodeo grounds in Joseph Friday night to trick or treat the residents who live there. Not only will the young goblins and ghouls be treated to candy, but will also be treated to the spectacle of some 30 senior citizens and staff members dressed up in their own costumes.

Alpine House is expecting and hoping for a big crowd of trick or treaters this Halloween, so if anyone would like to help out, it's not too late to drop off a donation of candy at the assisted living home.
