After a five-year hiatus, the Wallowa County CowBelles got together for a reunion luncheon at the Mountain Air Cafe in Joseph recently.

In attendance was former Oregon State CowBelle president Marilyn Johnson and several other state and county officers for the organization, many local members and a member from California who had seen the announcement in the Chieftain. Janie Tippett retrieved scrapbooks from the Wallowa County Museum for all to browse through.

The group decided to make the reunion an annual event.
