WALLOWA — The Wallowa School Board will hold its regular monthly meeting tonight, Oct. 11, from 6-7 p.m. in the Elementary School Library, according to a press release.

For the public forum portion of the meeting, written comments must be submitted to the district office by 3 p.m. today. Emailed comments should have in the subject line “public comment” or “testimony.” All such comments will become part of the public record for the meeting. Email comments to pstitzel@wallowa.k12.or.us or tsjone@wallowa.k12.or.us.

Also on tonight’s agenda will be:

• Reports from Superintendent Tamera Jones and High School Principal David Howe.

• Discussion of capital project, including the bond levy passed for refurbishment work to the school and for the seismic project.

• Consideration of a fuel bid and Division 22 assurances.

• Approval of the next meeting, to be held Nov. 8.

• Informational reports.
