An Execution issued from this court in this cause on December 21, 2004, pursuant to a Money Judgment rendered and entered on April 18, 2002, in favor of Robert Ryan Perin, and against Steve Strong. The execution issued pursuant to the judgment commanded me to sell the real property described below to satisfy the judgment against said defendant in the sum of $2,506.75, plus interest thereon at the rate of 9% per annum from April 18 2002, until paid, and the costs of this writ. I will on February 1st, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance to the county courthouse in Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon, sell at public auction (subject to redemption as provided by law) to the highest bidder for cash, an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest that Steve Strong had on April 18, 2002, the date the Money Judgment was entered and all the interest that Steve Strong had thereafter, in the following described real property:

Notice is hereby given of an Ordinance hearing to be held by the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday - January 18th at 3:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Wallowa County Courthouse. The subject of this hearing is a Planning Commission recommendation to approve a request made by Scott & Tina Fuller to amend the text of the Wallowa County Comprehensive Land Development Ordinance Article 42 (Existing Lot) as follows:

Revise Section 42.025.01, to read "A lawfully created discrete parcel or a lot in a platted subdivision created on or before July 20, 1988". Remainder of section deleted.

Revise Section 42.025.02, to read "Partition of an existing lot is prohibited". Remainder of section deleted.

Revise Section 42.025.04 - Highways, to read "There shall be a 25 foot setback from all highway rights-of-way". (Reduced from 100 feet)

This matter will be reviewed for conformance to the Wallowa County Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Land Development Ordinances and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.
