Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held by the Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 29 at 7 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Wallowa County Courthouse. The agenda for this meeting will include:

FINDINGS:

Oregon State Park CUP#04-14 Findings - Proposal to develop a picnic site and nature trail along Highway 82 located at the Johnson Timber Wayside in the Minam Canyon at mile post 39. The property is described as Township 2 North, Range 41, Tax Lot 1998 and is zoned Timber Grazing.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND FINDINGS:

Hostetter CUP#04-13 and Findings (Continued) - Proposal to establish an RV/campground consisting of seven sites (four RV sites and three teepee sites) at the Rimrock Inn approximately 32 miles north of Enterprise off Lewiston Highway 3. Burns CUP#04-15 and Findings (Continued) - Proposal to establish a mobile restaurant on their property located on the corner of Frontage Road and Highway 82 in the Wallowa Urban Growth Area. The Property is described as Township 1 North, Range 42, Section 11cb, Tax Lot 1300. Address 70972 Frontage Rd., Wallowa.

ZONE PERMIT

K & B Limited Family Partnership - Proposal to establish one single family dwelling on the "Marr Ranch" property within the City of Joseph Urban Growth Area. The property is described as Township 3 South and 2 South, Range 45, Sections 31-32 - and 5, Tax Lots 9300-4900- and 200 and will be accessed via the Joseph-Wallowa Lake State Highway 351.

The July Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2004.

BUDGET HEARING

A public meeting of Training and Employment Consortium will be held at the Sunridge Inn in Baker City, Oregon. The hearing will take place on the 24th day of June, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to provide opportunity for public comment on the supplemental budget for the current year 2003-2004. A copy of the supplemental budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 10, 2004, at 1916 Island Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
