Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor's: Unpaid principal balance of $91,606.59; plus accrued interest plus impounds and/or advances which became due on 8/1/2003 plus late charges, and all subsequent installments of principal, interest, balloon payments, plus impounds and/or advances and late charges that become payable. Notice is further given that any person named in Section 86.753 of Oregon Revised Statutes has the right to have the foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of said principal as would not then be due had no default occurred), together with the costs, trustee's and attorney's fees and curing any other default complained of in the Notice of Default by tendering the performance required under the obligation or trust deed, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for sale.

An execution issued from this court February 26, 2004 pursuant to a stipulated general judgment of foreclosure entered February 25, 2004 in favor of the above named plaintiffs and against all the above named defendants. It was ordered that a certain contract vendor's lien be sold. The execution issued pursuant to the general judgment and commanded me to sell the real property described below to satisfy the general judgment against defendants Blue Mountain Investments, Bill A. Pollard, Sylvia J. Wallowa County, Oregon, invites bids for the construction of Wallowa River (Orville Makin) and Wallowa River (Ed Long) Bridges - 2004. The work to be performed under this Contract includes construction of two new 50-foot span precast prestressed concrete slab bridges over the Wallowa River, approximately 2.0 miles southeast of Enterprise, Oregon, in Wallowa County. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the two existing bridges, installation of 600 feet of driven HP12X53 steel piles, approximately 70 cubic yards of structural concrete, 816 feet of precast prestressed concrete slabs, 516 feet of guardrail, 600 tons of Class 100 rip rap, 194 feet of two-tube curb-mount bridge rail, and other work specified and/or shown on the Drawings. The CONTRACTOR shall construct all earthwork and stone embankment within 30 feet of the ends of the new bridge. The OWNER will construct all earthwork and subgrade preparation beyond 30 feet from the ends of the bridge, all aggregate base work, asphalt concrete paving, and fencing. The substantial completion date for the CONTRACTOR'S work is October 15, 2004. All work below the ordinary high water line at both bridges must be completed between July 15 and August 15 according to permit requirements.
Sealed bids for the described project will be received by Sandy Lathrop, Executive Assistant to the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners, or her authorized representative, at the Wallowa County Courthouse, Room 202, 101 South River Street, Enterprise, Oregon 97828, until 2:00 p.m., local time, April 1, 2004. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location, time, and date that bids are due. This project is being paid for by funds received by the OWNER from the Oregon Transportation Investment Act (OTIA). These funds are nonfederal funds. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279.348 through ORS 279.380 and the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.

Wallowa County Sheriff's Office in Enterprise, Oregon, is requesting statements of qualifications from contractors/architectural firms interested in and capable of providing design/build services for the new Wallowa County Public Safety Building. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to; design and construction of a full service public safety building which will include eight adult holding cells, four juvenile holding cells and sally port.
