Michael Leroy Neal, 58, died at Idaho Trinity Mission Health and Rehabilitation in Nampa, Idaho.

He was born in Enterprise to S.J. and Carol Vaughan Neal. He grew up in the Promise and Wallowa area. He married Glenda Fanning May 24 1991.

He worked in construction and drove a logging truck during his lifetime.

He enjoyed building bird houses, and helping neighbors.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda, of Lostine; sons, Shaun and Wesley Neal; daughter, Amanda Raymond; mother Aleta Neal; brothers, Greg and his wife Cindy Neal, Kevin and his wife Debbie Neal; sisters, Patty and her husband Jerry Moffit, Shirley Cook, and Pauline Weaver; one grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, S. J. Neal.

A memorial service was held April 24 at Wallowa Christian Church.
