The governing boards of government agencies in Wallowa County are required by law to conduct their business in public, with certain exceptions. They also are required to post agendas in advance - for posting locations, inquire of the individual agency. Here are regular meeting times of major county agencies:

Wallowa County Board of Commissioners - 9 a.m. first and third Monday, Wallowa County Courthouse, 101. S. River Street, Enterprise

Wallowa County Planning Commission - 7 p.m. last Tuesday, courtroom, Wallowa County Courthouse, 101. S. River Street, Enterprise

Wallowa County Commission on Children and Families - 4:30 p.m. first Wednesday, Prairie Creek Center, 104 Litch Street, Enterprise

Enterprise City Council - second Monday, 7:30 p.m., Enterprise City Hall, 108 NE 1st Street, Enterprise

Enterprise Planning Commission - 7:30 p.m. first Tuesday, City Hall, 108 NE First Street, Enterprise

Enterprise School Board - 7:30 p.m. first Monday, home economics room, Enterprise

Joseph City Council - first Thursday, 7 p.m., Joseph Community Center, 102 E. 1st. Street, Joseph

Lostine City Council - first Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., Lostine City Hall, 128 Highway 82, Lostine.

Wallowa City Council - third Tuesday, 7 p.m., Wallowa Senior Center, 204 E. 2nd Street

Wallowa County Health Care District Board - fourth Monday, 11:45 a.m., Wallowa Memorial Hospital, 601 Medical Parkway, Enterprise High School, 201 SE Fourth Street, Enterprise

Wallowa Union Railroad Authority Board - regular schedule to be set, call County Commissioner Mike Hayward, 541 426-4543, Ext. 1

Wallowa County Fair Board - 6 p.m. first Monday, Cloverleaf Hall, 600 NW First Street, Enterprise
