The Wallowa County Health Care District will be disposing of surplus property, identified as tax lot #400, and located at 504 NW First Street, otherwise known as the ambulance building and associated property of the Wallowa County Health Care District. The minimum acceptable bid will be $200,000. District evacuation of the property will occur sometime between November 1, 2006 and January 15,2007.
The property and associated buildings may be inspected by appointment only. Please call District Administration at 541-426-5301 to set up an appointment to view the property or to request additional information.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with bidders' name and reference to the ambulance property. No bids will be accepted by facsimile. Bids may be mailed to Wallowa County Health Care District (attention Administration), 401 NE 1st Street, Enterprise, OR 97828 or submitted directly to the District Administrative office at the same address. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 27,2006 at 2:00 p.m. The Wallowa County Health Care District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
