Notice is hereby given that the City of Joseph rescheduled the public hearing to consider the request of Scott & Ruby Lathrop for a Conditional Use Permit for Light Industrial Use to produce 1800 gallons of wine annually at 505 North Main Street, Joseph, Oregon. (2S45E30DA, TL 1200).

Review Criteria: Following are the specific criteria which will be applied to this application: Statewide Planning Goals; City of Joseph Comprehensive Plan; Joseph Zoning Ordinance; Sections 1.020; 1.030; 1.040; 1.050; 1.060; 3.070(1)(2); 3.080(3); 4.025; 4.080(2); 6.010; 6.020; 6.040; 6.050; 9.030; 9.040; 9.050; 9.060; 9.080. All land use applications are subject to the general ordinance requirements contained as in Article 10.

The hearing will commence on Thursday, January 6, 2011, 7:00 p.m., Joseph City Library, 201 North Main Street, Joseph, OR. Those with an interest in the application are invited to appear at the hearing and place their testimony on record for council deliberation. Written testimony will be taken up to the time of the hearing. Failure to raise an issue with sufficient specificity to afford the decision make and the parties an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.

The application may be reviewed in the City Hall during normal working hours.
