The Nyssa Bulldogs held Enterprise to one touchdown in the first quarter of Friday nights contest in Nyssa on their way to a 58-7 win.

Nyssa jumped out to a 14 point first quarter lead before EHS quarterback Tony Swart was able to get the Red and Black on the board with a five yard run. EHS kicker Erik Gilland tacked on the PAT narrowing the gap to 14-7 but that was all the Enterprise team could muster. The Bulldogs went on to score 24,14 and six points in the remaining periods for the win.

"Everybody was obviously down and in shock about the tragedy involving Payton Steinbeck. The kids were on a real emotional roller coaster ride," said Randy Morgan Enterprise coach. "Nyssa's a good team, we just went through the motions and are trying to go forward to homecoming and the game against Imbler."

Enterprise hosts Imbler on Friday for homecoming with the game scheduled to get under way at 7:30 p.m..
