Enterprise hoops drops two over weekend

Blair J. Parker/Chieftain Enterprise's Kayann Layton surveys the floor befoe attempting a pass over Vale's Elisa Mooney in the Outlaws 55-39 loss on Saturday.

A momentum swing at a critical juncture of the game again reared an ugly head in Enterprise's girls basketball loss to Vale (13-6 overall, 7-0 Wapiti) Saturday 55-39. On Friday the Outlaws fell in a close game to Union 40-34.

"We expended a lot of energy on defense and played well, but it appeared we ran out of gas in the second half," said EHS head coach Mike Crawford.
